Abstract:

The possibility to describe the mechanical properties of polyethylene type crystalline polymers and copolymers of ethylene and propylene as a composite material with elastic matrix by the effective length determined from graphs of monoaxial stretching at different strain rates. It shows the dependence of the effective length of the tensile test polyethylenes and copolymers of the degree of crystallinity.
