The problem of cross-elastic-plastic bending of laminated plates of variable thickness reinforced by fibers of constant cross-section, and held its qualitative analysis. For rectangular plates problem is solved by the Bubnov-Galerkin. The concrete calculations showing that the bearing capacity of the reinforced plates in the elastic-plastic bending at times (sometimes an order of magnitude) higher than in the elastic bending; The diversity bearing layers of the plate at the same flow rate of the valve bearing capacity of the construction can be further increased by several tens of percent compared to a regular and quasi-reinforced thickness plates.
