Thermal dilatation of unidirectional and space-type fibrous composites of orthogonal reinforcement

Abstract:

We obtain the exact relationships for the efficient coefficients of linear heat dilatation of unidirectional composites with transversally isotropic fibers in a transversally isotropic matrix. We also obtain new approximate relationships for coefficients of linear heat dilatation for space-type fibrous composites of orthogonal reinforcement.
