We propose a variant of the theory of reinforcement of the composite materials which presents an opportunity, when predicting the elastic macroscopic characteristics, to introduce explicitly into the base relationships the parameters of reinforcement under a discrete and continuous spatial distribution of the reinforcing filaments.
