The physical and mechanical properties of unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced plastics based on ED-22 epoxy resin. Samples were prepared by winding carbon fiber reinforced plastics. As modifiers used polysulfone CPM-1 (Mn = 35,000) or epoksiuretanovy oligomer PET-3a. Hardener served trietanolaminotitanat (TEAT) or diaminodiphenylsulfone (DADFS). Polysulfone content (C) in the epoxy resin was 5, 10, 15 and 20% (wt.) Of the oligomer epoksiuretanovogo – 10, 20, 30 and 50% (wt.). It was shown that the modification does not affect the mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced plastics under quasi-static loading. When the low speed impact strength fiberglass epoksipolisulfonovyh shear increases by 20-30% when (P = 20%). In all investigated CFRP shear strength increases linearly with the logarithm of the loading rate. The mechanism of destruction of the shear as tensile probably thermofluctuational. modifier additives are very effective for increasing the specific fracture toughness of composites: fracture epoksipolisulfonovyh CFRP increases twice at C = 20%, epoksiuretanovyh – 45% C = 50%.
