The dependence of tribological properties of epoxy composites from the mode
of operation of materials, the nature and quantity entered in the binder ingredients. Experimentally the influence of two bidisperse fillers on the tribological properties of epoxy composites. It is proved that the improved properties differs epoxy composites material with anti-friction particles of graphite AG-1500 (dispersion 63…80 μm) and perlite (dispersion of 5 to 10 μm) in the ratio of 60:20, respectively. First proposed for improving tribological properties add to thermosetting binder epoxy oligomer in the form of filler injection – molding the pellets of polyamide PA-6. The proposed combination of the locations of pellets of polyamide PA-6 composite. It is proved that at the location of the pellets of polyamide PA-6 matrix lateral surface area of friction tribological properties of the composites significantly improved compared with the characteristics of the composites, where the granules are front surface to the area of friction. Justified wear thermosetting epoxy composites filled thermoplastic pellets
of polyamide PA-6. By optical microscopy, the surface friction and confirmed by experimental data.
