Straining circular cylinder from shape memory alloy at direct phase transition or martensite inelastisity

Abstract:

Approximate analytical solution of the problem about axisymmetric stress-strain state in thick-walled cylinder from shape-memory alloy (SMA) for modeling coupling dispensing process is created. Two technology of coupling dispensing are considered. First is founded on martensite inelasticity phenomena, second is founded on direct martensite phase transition under an action of constant internal pressure. Analytical expression for two types ultimate loading are created. First expression is corresponded to exhaustion the opportunity of phase-structural straining. Second corresponds to beginning the plastic straining in the inner surface of cylinder. Analytical expression is created for maximum value of coupling dispensing for witch functional properties of SMA are not degraded.
