Some thesis for mechanics of the materials under thermoelastic phase transformations

Abstract:

Confining ourselves by the micromechanical approach to the problem of mechanics of materials undergoing thermoelastic phase transformation (i.e. alloys with shape memory), we establish some general rules for determination of the constitutive relationships and study the properties of corresponding boundary value problems of mechanics of deformable solids. We consider not only the relatively well-studied martensite transformation, but also the little-known rhombohedral phase transition.
