By methods of Scanning Probe Microscopy, Nanoindentation, Strength macro investigations some elastomeric composites filled with nanosized particles of different nature have been made. By mode of topography, phase contrast and force modulation the nanostructure of, distribution of aggregations of nanoparticles in to matrix have also been investigated. First, during the direct experiments we estimated both the structure and the mechanical parameters of interface layers of such kind objects. Juxtaposition with properties of micro field elastomeric composites has been made. We estimated a scale factor during deformation in connection with strength parameters of media.
