The results of studies of the two laser soldering metal and ceramics technologies. First, when the metal is a female member, the second, when the ceramic is a female member. In the first case studies are performed on real conical compounds used in industrial leadthrough. The result of research is the optimization of the laser soldering process on the basis of multifactor experimental design, based on the decision of the thermophysical problem considering stresses in the sintered connection. In the second case, the result of research is a proof of principle the possibility of obtaining high-quality compounds by laser soldering through the transparent ceramics.
