The percolation models of cluster systems of composites are presented. In the models by Monte-Carlo method obtained the parameters of clusters substances and internal borders, studied the possibility of influence on the properties of composite materials in the early stages of structure formation. The author investigated models of technological cracks, and peculiarities of the evolution of clusters of matter with transforming elements. Analytically solved the continual percolation problem on the Sierpinski carpet with hybrid branching. We proposed system simulation algorithms for the construction and study of cluster structures in materials.
