An analysis of researches results in perspective different-class heat-proof carbon-bearing composite materials design, its structure and anti-oxidizing properties investigation are presented. Mainly the home-made composite materials were analyzed to find the optimal material for flying vehicles and engines’ structures operating in hypersonic oxygen-containing gas and plasma flows and subjected to both mechanical and thermal loadings. Some investigation results of anti-oxidation properties of best carbon composites show the absolute protective capability’s loss and material burnout under Tw>1300oC even without natural air convection. It is also shown that constructive walls must be implemented by supplementary layers with more effective protective capability. Some ways of bearing materials operating properties’ rising by use of high-temperature multi-functional coatings are proposed. The presented results can be used to design perspective heat-loaded structural elements of aeronautic technique.
