The modeling technique of fracture perforated composite material used in the construction of aircraft engines is presented in article. The methods for obtaining effective elastic properties and strength of the perforated composite material are proposed. The dependence of the properties obtained from the values of the characteristic size of the element and introduced appropriate amendments.
