Modelling of elements of designs of difficult geometry by three-dimensional finite elements

Abstract:

The approach of modelling of 3D elements of the designs having difficult geometry is described. Thanks to synthesis of idea of parameterization of all considered area in parameters of an individual cube and a finite element method with cubic approximation of required variables in all three directions within each element it is possible to receive spatially bent coordinated three-dimensional finite elements. The example of definition of the intense-deformed condition of the thin-walled panel with a through and not through crack is considered.
