The model of the damage accumulation and model of the degradation of mechanical properties of the layered composites due to micro- defects type of transversal cracks and bundles cracks were developed. An analysis of damage growth was done and, the model of degradation of the properties was given. An algorithm of the revised study of the stress-strain state with the increased damage is proposed, which was realized on the base of the finite element method.
