We suppose to represent a disperse-filled elastomeric composite as a system of structural elements of the following type: inclusion – matrix interlayer – inclusion. We study stress-strain state near two rigid inclusions embedded into an elastic non-compressible matrix for the case when the inclusions are under the action of an axially symmetric stretching load. We propose a probabilistic criterion for detachment of the matrix out off the particle. Based on this criterion, we can determine how the variance of limiting stretching load depends on the size of particles and the distance between them as well as on the speed of loading.
