Rheological properties of the non-Newtonian fluids in non-stationary cyclic loading are investigated. Kinematic flow model is suggested on the basis of differential equations with coefficients whose are identified by flow curves for the limit cycles. Energy dissipation of expressed hysteresis type is considered. Approximations are constructed using multilinear forms of rheological parameters. Flow model of electrorheological suspensions with dispersed phase of polyimide nanoscale particles is presented taking into account non-stationary cyclic loading under prescribed shear velocity variation.
