We study conditions of intensification of adhesive interaction between the components of heterogeneous mixtures of polymers when adding technical carbon. It is proven that in order to intensify the interaction significantly, it is necessary that at least one of the polymer components should have a substantially higher adhesion to the surface of technical carbon than that to the surfaces of other polymer of the mixtures.
