Finite strains: objective rates, conjugate stresses, constitutive equations for composite materials

Abstract:

Theory of continua mechanics with large deformations is considered. General direction of right and left tensor of stress is used as basis. Material and spatial tensors are defined by these tensors. Tensor of deformation putted as a scalar function of general stretching and tensors of projection on the material or spatial basis. Tensor of the rate of deformation as time derivative of material tensors and generalized derivative of spatial tensors are used. Method of creation of stress tensors conjugated by anyone tensor of deformations is considered. General relations for isotropic homogeneous medium are derived. Stress-strain relations with logarithmic deformation are derived for 3D-matrix composite.
