We experimentally study mechanical behavior of concentrated water dispersions of various composition and shelf life. We determine the values of general rheological constants and values of rate of deformation assuring maximum homogeneity. It is established that curves of flow reveal many-valued dependency of rates of deformation on shear stress and rheological parameters are sensitive to changes in composition of a system and time of storage.
