The specified decisions for tensors of effective electromagnetic and thermoelastic properties of composites with piezoelectric and piezomagnetic phases received on the basis of the analysis of correlation functions of quasiperiodic structures and on the basis of the solution of stochastic boundary-volume problem of the theory of electromagnetic thermoelasticity by method of periodic components. The analysis of influence on effective electromagnetic factor of the unidirectional fibrous composite with piezoelectric PVF fibers in a ferrite piezomagnetic matrix of values of the volume contents, character and value of aperiodicity of fibers in comparison with the known solution by asymptotic method of averaging for ideal periodic structure is carried out.
