The analysis of two point correlation functions for quasiperiodic structure and polydisperse statistical mix is considered. The conclusion is drawn that correlation functions of polydisperse statistical mix are close to special correlation functions used in method of periodic components especially at high value of filling of composite inclusions. The method is applied at the decision of stochastic boundary-volume problem of the theory of elasticity for composite materials. Thanks to it it was possible to specify received earlier analytical decision for a tensor of effective elastic properties of quasiperiodic composite in the singular approach of method of periodic components. Results of numerical calculation and their comparison with known experimental data for the module of elasticity in transversal planes of unidirectional fibrous composite have confirmed the new approach.
