Dynamic stability of a cylindrical orthotropic shell, supported by means of elastic links (springs), under interaction of the external pressure, subjected to harmonic low, is investigated. Several rows of the springs are placed in the axial direction, and symmetrically about circle. A solution of the differential equation is finding in the form of trigonometric series. As a result, the problem is reduced to the system of a algebraic equations with respect to the real displacements of the shells springs integration points. The solution is found in evident form for the springs placed uniformly. The springs hard influence on the border of a instability areas are shown by means of a numerical example.
