We propose a method for design of three-dimensional plates fabricated from uni-directionally reinforced fiber composites. We present model examples of direct and inverse problems of the theory of reinforcing. The effectiveness of the method proposed is illustrated by model problems. We use homogeneous solution by Lurie-Vorovich for studying stress-strain states.
