Within the bounds of asymmetrical theory of elasticity the model of a fibrous hybrid composite is builted, for which all phases are isotropic materials. Calculate effective thermo-elastic characteristics of a composition. It is shown, that on the basis of the gained equations it is possible to define the is intense-deformed conditions in all phases of a composition, using known averaged components of tensors of stress, moment stress, deformations and a bending-torsion in a fibrous material that has basic value at calculations of composit designs with use of structural theories of strength.
