Composite koronoelektrety based on polystyrene and fumed silica

Abstract:

Despite the great practical achievements in the field of polymer composite electret, their theoretical interpretation is poor: general patterns of change in the electret properties of polymers during filling to be determined. In this connection it is interesting to study the characteristics of the polarization koronoelektretov polymer composite, in particular – on the basis of polystyrene and a white filler. In the present study revealed extreme dependence of the surface potential and the effective surface charge density polystyrene composite koronoelektretov of filler content. Explain the reasons for change in the electret properties of polystyrene filling. Found theoretically substantiated effects of enhanced stability values ​​electret properties of the compositions compared to the unfilled polystyrene during storage and under the action of high temperatures. The new technology of manufacturing products with electret properties of the sheet and film electret blanks are relatively simple and relatively high speed.
