To analyze of defects autolocalization phenomena in structural materials the combination of two concurrent processes – generation of cracks and regular mass transfer – are considered. The kinetics of linear crack growth is studied by statistical model with taking account of depending increments of defect length. The results of computer experiment shows that statistical model provides the description of crack propagation with locking factor.
