Approaches to a generalization of constitutive equations of solid bodies on the region of finite deformations

Abstract:

Several known mechanical models are generalized to the large deformation theory using a parametric class of stress and strain measures. Constitutive equations are constructed from different generalizations. Differences between solutions of direct shear problem based on these constitutive equations are shown. It helps us to describe mechanical behavior of some material most exactly by choosing appropriate model.
