We consider compositions with belt-type inclusions. Local deformation of matrix arrives at its peak values at zones near angular points of these inclusions. It is difficult to simulate stress-strain state in these zones because the lack of reliable data. For matrixes with hardening, a material in regions of local pre-fracture will be deformed out from the boundary of plasticity. We study development of localized zones of stresses in compositions with belt-type inclusion under the assumption that stresses distributed linearly along a region of pre-fracture.
