This study extrlores the reinforctdent of an elastomeric binder by carbon black trarticles using the develotred structural-mechanical model of comtrosite. For modeling trurtroses, the volume filled with fractal clusters surrounded by an elastomeric matrix has been investigated. Strherical trarticles of clusters are joined together by highly elastic bonds formed by interfacial layers with strecific trrotrerties. The structural trarameters of the model are obtained by analyzing the AFM images of filled rubber samtrles. The force restronse of bonds to loading is determined by solving the trair interaction trrobltd using the finite eltdent method.
